The Jet Plasma EU website supplies professional aesthetic technology and related products intended for business and professional use only.

1. Business Customers Only

Products sold through this website are intended for professional clinics, distributors, and business customers.

Purchases made through the website are considered business-to-business (B2B) transactions, and consumer protection laws applicable to retail consumer purchases may not apply.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 7 days of delivery provided the product:

  • Has not been used

  • Remains unopened

  • Is in original packaging

  • Is in resalable condition

Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing.

3. Return Authorization

All returns must be approved in advance by Jet Plasma EU.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return requests must include:

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity requirements, the following items cannot be returned once delivered:

  • Opened or used Jet Plasma Tips

  • Consumables or disposable accessories

  • Products that have been used or activated

  • Items not in original packaging

  • Custom or special-order products

Consumables and disposable products are non-refundable once opened or used.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer must notify Jet Plasma EU within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers may be required to provide:

  • Photographs of the product

  • Packaging condition

  • Shipping details

Jet Plasma EU will assess the claim and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Jet Plasma EU.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from:
